Purchase and reader terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases and use of the You Are God’s Best website, protected online book, and companion workbook.

Effective August 7, 2026

1. Agreement and operator

By using this website or purchasing online access, you agree to these terms. Light Of Yeshua Fellowship operates the website and sells the protected online editions. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase or use the protected reader.

2. Products and pricing

The website offers one-time purchases of protected online access to You Are God’s Best, its companion workbook, or a bundle of both. The product and total price shown at Stripe checkout control your order. These purchases are not subscriptions and do not include a printed book or downloadable PDF. Printed editions linked through Amazon are sold by Amazon under Amazon’s terms.

3. Personal-use license

A completed purchase grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read the purchased edition in the protected online reader. Ownership of the text, workbook, design, and other intellectual property does not transfer to the purchaser.

You may not:

  • share, sell, transfer, or publicly post your access or recovery link;
  • copy, reproduce, scrape, download, distribute, or republish substantial portions;
  • bypass or interfere with access controls or security; or
  • use the content or service for unlawful or commercial exploitation.

Brief quotations may be used when permitted by applicable copyright law and accompanied by appropriate attribution.

4. Delivery and returning access

Stripe redirects a successful online-edition purchase to the protected reader. Access is remembered in the purchasing browser for up to one year. From the library, a purchaser may prepare a private recovery link to use on another device or browser. Each recovery link expires after 15 minutes and works once. A purchaser may keep access on up to three personal devices at a time; activating another device removes the least recently used access. Anyone who uses a still-valid recovery link may be able to open the purchased editions, so the purchaser is responsible for keeping it confidential.

Access is for the purchaser only. Reading progress is provided as a convenience. Responses typed in the online workbook save automatically with the purchaser’s protected reader record and are intended to follow the purchaser across authorized devices. Online storage cannot be guaranteed against every technical failure, so keep a separate copy of any response that is especially important. Contact us promptly if access does not open after a confirmed payment or if a recovery link may have been exposed.

5. Payment and customer information

Stripe processes online-edition payments. You agree to provide accurate checkout and contact information and authorize Stripe to charge the displayed total. Your use of Stripe’s checkout is also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Checkout may offer an optional item that helps cover online payment-processing costs. It is voluntary, is shown before payment, and does not change the edition or access purchased.

6. Refunds and access problems

Online access is delivered immediately after successful payment. If you experience a duplicate charge, incorrect product, or technical access problem, contact us with the email used at checkout. We will work to restore the access purchased and will consider refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

7. Availability and changes

We may correct errors, improve the reader, update an online edition, or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security, or events beyond our reasonable control. A one-time purchase is not a promise that a particular website or technology will remain unchanged forever. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve valid purchased access and provide purchase-related support.

8. Faith and educational content

The book and workbook provide faith-based teaching and study material. They are not professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and reader are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Light Of Yeshua Fellowship and the author are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any direct liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable federal law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try in good faith to resolve the concern.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove access already validly purchased except where necessary to address misuse, security, legal requirements, or service discontinuation.
