Your information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when it is disclosed, and the steps we take to safeguard it.

Effective August 7, 2026

1. Who we are

Light Of Yeshua Fellowship operates the You Are God’s Best website and protected online book and workbook readers. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Light Of Yeshua Fellowship.

2. Information we collect

Information collected at checkout

When you purchase online reading access, Stripe collects the information requested on its secure checkout page. This can include your name, email address, billing address, phone number, and payment information. Stripe processes your card or other payment credentials. We do not receive or store your complete card number on this website.

Purchase and reader information

To confirm your purchase and provide access, our website stores your purchase email, Stripe checkout reference, products purchased, amount, currency, purchase date, and your last-opened book chapter or workbook lesson. We also keep protected access and recovery records so your library can open and your reading place can follow you to another device.

Workbook responses

If you type in the online workbook, we store the responses you choose to enter with your protected purchase record. This allows the responses to save automatically and appear on your other authorized devices. Workbook responses are not displayed publicly or used for advertising. Because reflections may be personal, do not enter information you would not want stored in an online service.

Communications and technical information

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send. Our hosting and security providers may also process ordinary technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • process and document purchases;
  • confirm eligibility for the book, workbook, or bundle purchased;
  • provide, restore, and support protected online-reader access;
  • remember reading progress;
  • save and synchronize the workbook responses you choose to enter;
  • send receipts and purchase-related messages;
  • prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access; and
  • comply with accounting, tax, legal, and dispute-resolution duties.

We do not use checkout contact information for unrelated promotional calls, texts, or emails unless you separately choose to receive them.

4. When information is disclosed

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate the service, including to Stripe for payment processing and receipts, and to providers that host, deliver, secure, or maintain the website and its purchase records. Those providers receive information through secure electronic systems or service connections and may use it only under their own service terms and privacy obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, to protect customers or the Fellowship, or in connection with a reorganization or transfer of this service. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party targeted advertising.

5. Essential cookies and access links

The reader uses an essential, secure browser cookie to remember authorized access on a device for up to one year. A short-lived essential cookie is also used while preparing a private recovery link. These cookies are not used for advertising. Each recovery link expires after 15 minutes, works once, and can grant access on one additional device. Keep it private and do not forward it. A purchaser may keep access on up to three personal devices; activating another device removes the least recently used access.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain purchase and entitlement records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide purchased access, maintain transaction and tax records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Stripe retains payment and checkout information under its own privacy policy and legal requirements.

Workbook responses remain with the purchaser’s active reader record so they can be restored across authorized devices. You may ask us to delete those responses. We do not review them during ordinary operation, but authorized service personnel may access stored information when reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, or troubleshoot the reader, or when required by law.

You may ask us to correct or delete information we control. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or purchase-access purposes. Deleting an access record may prevent the online library from recognizing the purchase.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this service. Reader cookies are marked secure and unavailable to ordinary page scripts, access and recovery secrets are stored in protected form, and payment credentials are handled by Stripe rather than stored on this website. No internet service can promise absolute security.

8. Children’s privacy

This purchase service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through this service. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may contact us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or our practices change. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect.
